Create a brief that spells out an alpha-beta launch (maybe with sample art?) but doesn’t necessarily commit to deliverables

Maybe one way to help support this process is to make a template or a few templates for this announcement.

I did draft a post about the different release cycle steps that sparked a lively discussion in multiple channels. I am now working on recapping everything and will bring it here.
