The IAM ARN token will not be given out anymore on the Seller Central. The Amazon support said they have now a new auth system. https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/docs/authorizing-selling-partner-api-applications

Is there a way to connect Amazon with Erpnext Ecommerce with new auth system?

Nope, not till anybody does a saint move and implements a complete Seller API integration.
