low: implement adding packages to the ISO #1

Adding packages to the ISO can be done using simple-cdd. The Debian Handbook has a few lines about it too.

Simple-CDD on the other hand builds a complete ISO, so maybe we should keep that separate.

I don't need this right now, so I'll leave it as a future option.

If you need it really-really-really and you'd rather I spend time on it than with the family, give this issue a thumbs up.
