Adjusting the Tooltip Location More Precisely

When anchored to the mouse and "Top Left", the edge of the mouse covers the top right corner of the tooltip, sometimes including letters. This is obviously not the biggest issue in the world, but it does aggravate me ever so slightly.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would love to see the tooltip adjusted slightly more to the right and maybe a little lower relative to the mouse cursor position. TooltipOnMouse has it in a good spot, but LUA errors every time I reload and isn't as robust and flexible as TipTac.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've tried the various other positions, but it doesn't look "right" to my brain. I've tried other addons, but they have their issues. Besides, TipTac is a fond memory.

Have you checked options "Anchors->Mouse Anchor X/Y Offset" at the bottom of page to adjust the position?
