Dupplicate files

Hi,

I just installed koboCloud, it works great ! Thank you for the work.

Before installing, all my books were in a "Books" folder. Now the imported books from my Google Drive are in a ".add" subfolder.
I wanted to have all my books on Google Drive synced with my job, so I put all my books on Google Drive, it got synced correctly (without the covers, but that's issue #136).
So in the end I got my books twice in my library ! The new ones from Google and the old ones, marked as read.
What should I do to avoid having these duplicate files and keep my reading history ?
