Can I modify the font size of Cards, Callout ?

Pass class name or style prop, it accepts all HTML attributes like a Link component

maybe I did something wrong, but
<Card className="text-fd-primary text-2xl"
can change color, but text size won't change the text size. I notice text-bold will change the font weight between ... though

Use [&_h3]: to style the exact element
