somfに実装されたアルゴリズムに関する資料を整備する.

いきなりはコストがかかるのでプログラムに実装されている数式・擬似コードを載せて知らない人でもアルゴリズムの概要がわかるようにする.

やること

  • プログラムで実装されている数式を載せる
  • プログラムの擬似コードを載せる.

現状だとプログラムごとに変数が統一されてない(学習量がHだったりRで定義されてたりetc.)ので
その数式に基づいて変数とか修正すると各プログラムでの変数の違いとかもなくなり，コード全体で統一感も出てくるかもしれない
