Getting started

Hi,
It would be immensely helpful to include a step by step "getting started" sort of guide to this project. Since i am relatively new to flask server dev , i wanted a sane library which would handle HTTP based caching on Flask. I found this library useful. But if i wanted to implement this on a tight deadline, it would be close to impossible. Thus it would be great to include a primer which would help me get started as soon as possible and later come back for more customisation or advanced features.
