File outcome-only-roll-card.hbs is missing from source code

Hi, it's me again !
When I tried to rest, I encountered an error when I select "Don't eat" or "Starve" options.

It seems the file outcome-only-roll-card.hbs mentionned in rest.js is missing from source code.
