Automate testing of the MVP zip as per docs in release process

Story

As a Galasa user, I want the contents of the MVP zip to be tested in the steps outlined in the Galasa docs, so that I know the docs are accurate and that the MVP zip can be used offline as described.

As a Galasa releaser, I want to have a script that automates the steps described in the Galasa docs about using Galasa offline, so I know the MVP zip we are releasing works, and we can check the docs outline the steps correctly.

Tasks

• Create a script that automates the section of the prerelease and release process outlined here and here
• Update those sections of the docs to simply run the script
