Add LAASO 1st catalog

Aside from adding it with the required format for this project

One can already add the data here with this snippet

Note that gamma-cat is not maintained, incomplete, and quite out of data.

Thanks @HealthyPear! The LHASSO catalog has also already been added to Gammapy: https://docs.gammapy.org/1.3/api/gammapy.catalog.SourceCatalog1LHAASO.html#gammapy.catalog.SourceCatalog1LHAASO

I would argue that adding full catalog data is not really in scope for gamma-cat right now, as it is indeed not maintained and more focused on results from individual source analyses anyway.
