Feature (What you would like to be added):
This could be a reusable function that can be used for both CPU and memory. Also, this block could be a smaller reusable function inside.

Motivation (Why is this needed?):
Too much of core repetition.

Approach/Hint to the implement solution (optional):
Can be picked after #19 is merged.
