Add The Gathering teaser video to frontpage

The video is already available on YouTube, but counting down to when it goes live. Ideally we want to show video player on tg.no teasing that the video will become available, and once available, act as normal video player.

What we want

• Embed youtube video/player in a way that allows users to click it to play, or (if they prefer) navigate to play video on youtube
• On mobile sizes replace the top image with player
• On largest desktop size place video player on top of top image. Ie. the hero image becomes a "box" that contains YouTube player on the left, and calls to actions (tickets and expo) on the right.

Bonus points

• Some sort of countdown to make waiting time extra exciting

No design sketches, but what I'm thinking. So feel free to adjust based on what works best in practice.

Video code we got from Media og Kommunikasjon (feel free to replace or adjust with whatever we think is best)
