Multi-episode and Load assets from link

Hi,

I have some questions:

1. Currently in feat: Added a new function for loading multiple assets #103 the thumbnails (...thumb.jpg,...) of the episodes with the character "-E" will not been add to plex because the preference "multEpisodePlexPatch" isn't active; this characteristic is correct???

2. In the plugin I saw that the images of the author can loaded form locally, global or for link. Would there be any problem in implementing something similar for the images? an option for the user that allows select if load the images form links or locally because currently my .nfo generated by KODI have links remotes of posters, banners and arts, which would be great if I will edit the file .nfo, add my own links and load them to Plex.
