Allow to hide controller automatically for small-sized videos

I have noticed that when there is an animated emoji in Telegram web client, the addon still tries to add a controller there. For example, here the controller isn't even entirely visible because it's in text:

So I thought maybe a new option that limits the minimum size of the video for the controller to be shown could be created.

I personally would set it probably to something like "don't show the controller for videos that have are less than 100x100 px on any side".
