From a recent discussion with @cmungall , we're interested in having the NDEx and Pathway Viewer visual representations match each other as we can.

From the noctua workbenches call today, the current edge and color set is fine after feedback from curators. The one remaining thing that @tmushayahama will look at is giving the small molecules rounded borders.
