At the Pathways2O meeting, we agreed to only use GO id space for protein-containing complexes as enablers in GO-CAMs.

To do this, we will need to:

  1. Replace any existing protein-containing complex enablers with GO protein-containing complex ids in GO-CAMs
  2. Restrict the VPE autocomplete so that GO protein-containing complex ids are the only complex ids available for enabling an activity
  3. Output 'contributes to' annotations for complex members in the GPAD

In addition, curators would like to autopopulate complex members using existing annotation.
