Set the map to epsg:28992 (haven't tried on other projections yet), zoom to an address, then try to pan -> the map snaps to a position near utrecht (center of the tilegrid?)

This behaviour has been introduced between 3.4.2 and 3.4.4

did some more research and noticed a very typical behaviour in dutch view as described here
osgeonl/geonetwork-dutch-skin#33, keeping this open because i'm not sure which components are related...

the problem is related to refreshing the page, the current map extent seems restored as the max extent of the map. may be related to the error that refreshing the page in 3.4.x causes the map to return blank.
