Occasionally unable to access dropdown menu items

Description of your issue or question

Occasionally when accessing the items under the dropdown menu headings, the item list will disappear. It seems I am able to resolve it by hovering over the main heading for a few seconds and then moving the cursor to the dropdown list. Refreshing the page also sometimes helps. However, we should look for a better solution.
