From S. Baray:

Users may want to output the entire jupyter notebook into a PDF to archive results.

The following line installs the necessary texlive-xetex package:

sudo apt-get install texlive-xetex texlive-fonts-recommended texlive-plain-generic

Might be handy to include this by default in the AMI or be written as a tip in the documentation.

@djvaron @sabourbaray In commit bd7bc4b, an update was added to run the visualization notebook and export it to html. Is that sufficient here or should we still consider exporting to pdf as well?
