.prompt files appended, also creating a plain ".prompt" file full of prompts

It looks like the .prompt file is appended to if it exists already, so there are MANY copies of the same prompt in each file. I guess there's no check for pre-existence, or anything to remove and replace it.

Additionally, in each folder, there is one unnamed .prompt file that contains a long list of random prompts. For example, it just repeats this again and again: (those are prompts from within the folder)
