Update headers to one from Sidebar blocks

Let's update the headers to the ones used in Sidebar Blocks:

Component contains a button to close/open sidebar.

I added a second variant for subpages that contain breadcrumbs (and can contain description):

Special cases:

Wallet (Figma)

We can move "Available Balance" and "Receive Limit" in wallet to the right side text inside the sidebar:

App Store (Figma)

App pages and connecting pages (through App Store) also display app images in the header:

When app is connected, let's display additional badge (only on desktop):

Additional considerations:

• Delete page descriptions when they are absent in Figma (in most cases it's redundant)
