Cannot open a new channel on node page

When I click the open channel button in the right corner on the node section page. The page redirects to /#/channels/incoming from /#/channels. And keep loading, and nothing new even hours. The problem even appear on setting-layout-revamp-597427 version.

Hello, I tried v1.0.0. The page has success to load on /#/channels/incoming or /#/channels/outgoing.

On the newest version, it would keep loading no matter page on page /#/channels/incoming or /#/channels/outgoing.

Hi, I have no issue in v1.12.0. Can you check if you get an error in devtools?

I didn't found any specific error on log. But I tried one thing after you said it is no issue on it.

I tried v1.12.0 on a residential ip and it is working. But datacenter ip are all fail on /#/channels/incoming or /#/channels/outgoing.

And there are specific difference on residential ip or datacenter ip even on same version image (v.1.12.0). There are no version number on left cornor on datacenter ip and version number appear on left cornor in resdential ip.

@tsoichinghin ah, if you build from source the version number will not be automatically injected. You can check the github workflows to see how to add it if you are interested.

It is possible the datacenter was blocked due to malicious traffic. Please contact Alby support ([email protected]) if you need the IP unblocked.
