Collect Showcase content created by Users

Issue

As part of showcasing what Avalon can do I'm looking to produce a Made with Avalon reel and also update the Documentation and Website with some images to spice things up. I initiated this idea up on the Avalon Gitter and fits nice with #1 to produce a nice visual landing page.

Part of collecting this content is making sure we're allowed to use it. I'd like to propose a "mini-agreement" that we'd share and get signed on behalf of Avalon. It would be great if a template exists for this, but I couldn't find anything simple online.

Something like:

You hereby permit open-source product Avalon to share your contribution in full or cut-down into a reel for promotional purposes of Avalon. This includes as imagery or video in documentation, Avalon website, its github repository and social media and live Avalon presentations. Because of the online nature of the product this content could be shared world-wide. You are granting a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works for the purpose of showcasing Avalon.

You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above license. With this you also represent each of your contributions is your original creation.

Credits to You will be listed where possible. For each contribution please attach the short credits text that should be used with the content, preferably no longer than a single line of text. This will be used when credits will be listed for the content.

And maybe we'd need some Definitions of what the "Contribution" is and what "You" means.

“Contribution” shall mean the footage, moving or still imagery and audio other original works of authorship expressly identified with this agreement, as well as any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally submitted by You to Avalon for inclusion in, or documentation of, any of the products owned or managed by Avalon (the “Work”). For the purposes of this definition, “submitted” means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to Avalon or its representatives, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems, and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, Avalon for the purpose of showcasing, but excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise designated in writing by You as “Not a Contribution.”

And:

“You” (or “Your”) shall mean the copyright owner or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner that is making this Agreement with Avalon. For legal entities, the entity making a Contribution and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity are considered to be a single Contributor. For the purposes of this definition, “control” means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.

Any templates or help would be greatly appreciated. Also it would be perfect, if alongside this, we'd have an official e-mail address or location to collect these agreements and footage.
