Subject creation doesn't show Participant name/email #13

Name is not mandatory so when I create a new subject, I have to choose a participant in an empty list...

But wait... Is creating a subject on somebody else's name really what we want ?!

If we still want this, maybe showing the email when the name is empty is a good solution...
What do you think ?
