Black Move Number One too High

For black the move order seems to be +1 of what it's supposed to be (true regardless of PGN file used). A card like 1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. e5 Nfd7 will have 5.... Nfd7 on the back instead of the expected 4... Nfd7.
