Very minor bug but it may grab some time anyway.
Readme points to
script/plugin install git://github.com/rubypond/semantic-form-builder.git

Just replace dashes with underscores and it will work much better ;)
script/plugin install git://github.com/rubypond/semantic_form_builder.git
