Receiver owner contact

http://wiki.glidernet.org/list-of-receivers is good, but sometime the information is missing.
It could be interesting to have a contact for each receivers.
Maybe email address can be added to required parameters in configuration?

This value can then be sent to APRS network? or to a http POST request somewhere?

Currently, you should edit http://wiki.glidernet.org/list-of-receivers

Since 0.2.6 version, you could add it to the receiver config file:

this lengthy process is not really "ideal" it is quicker to setup the receiver than becoming able to add it :-)
