Add dosing pumps to the project.

Started working with the pump I got from Amazon, but after having it working with good precision one night and coming back the next day and having it be off by around 5mL, I will have to run more tests. I noticed that the pump ran slower the next day and to a significant ammount of time to prime. It is unknown at this point if this is due to the positioning on my desk or if this will remain a problem after it is pumping liquid up instead of down.
