relations could be defined by synsets. For hyponym, hypernym, antonym, instrument and agent I found clear synsets that defined the relations.

These are linked (for some relations) using the ILI identifier in doc_basic.py: see, e.g., the hypernym documentataion.

It would be good to seed new language files by pulling the names, definitions and examples from the multilingual wordnets.

I understand a seed would be a copy of a doc_XX.py file in https://github.com/globalwordnet/gwadoc/tree/master/gwadoc, right? But what about languages like PT that didn't added new relations? Our relations are basically the EN and the morpholinks..

The seed would be using the lemmas, definitions and examples to fill in e.g., relations.hypernym.name.pt relations.hypernym.df.pt relations.hypernym.ex.pt From the Portuguese wordent, if they existed. Extended OMW 1.0 has: hiperônimo* , *hiperónimo* , **termo mais geral *for Portuguese, as well as many other languages (and definitions in Romanian and Japanese). http://compling.hss.ntu.edu.sg/omw/cgi-bin/wn-gridx.cgi?usrname=&gridmode=gridx&synset=06292836-n&lang=eng&lang2=eng This goal is to have the documentation/relation names/tooltips available in in other languages, ... gwadoc can make documentation for other languages, falling back to English as a backup/default.
