Bug description

Hi,

The enhancement "fix(user): default entity value = Full structure #18132" included in version 10.0.17 is very good for us but the Default entity=Full structure value cannot be applied in the "Authorizations assignment rules" or massively on the user list page, it can only be applied manually and individually on each user's file, which It makes it very impractical when we have more than 2 thousand users.
