We first discussed this with Amanda in March. It was put again on the agenda in our Monday meeting on 5/9/2022. Based on their request we added possible widget candidates to their spreadsheet.

  • Protein/Gene details from the protein details page
  • Compound/Glycan details from the glycan details page
  • Protein information and annotations in protvista viewer from protein details and protvista page.

Evaluate the based on the https://github.com/glygener/glygen.cfde.content.generation README page if we want to add new fields.
