如何代理启用 HSTS 的 HTTPS 网站？ #46

Hi @goddyZhao ，因为网站启用了 HSTS，用户不能忽略浏览器警告继续访问网站，这种情况怎么解决呢？是不是需要 nproxy 生成一个证书，然后设置信任？

我有看到 Charles 是这样处理的：http://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/proxying/ssl-proxying/
