BUG: Scrollbar updates after scroll event fires #120

When Accordion opens or closes inside the scrollbar component, the scrollbar does not get updated automatically accordingly data but works fine once we manually scroll that area. Also, it should update on window resize, as the height of the holding div is dependent on window height.
