Ah sorry - that util was renamed a while ago. Sending out a PR to fix it, but for the meantime, the correct util is

bazel/generate_definitions_and_protos.sh

Thanks. It's not too hard to figure out, but it also might be worth mentioning that the path in the docs is out of date. proto/myprofile:myprofile should be proto/google/fhir_examples/myprofile:myprofile. I've seen a few other examples of that, i.e. cc -> cc/google/fhir_examples

Anyway, thanks for this great work! Seems that a lot of it is there, just working out some docs and packaging stuff!
