Changed title from "Support localization" to more accurate "Localization issues".

Made some progress on this with 0.5.8, whoever volunteer wishes to translate can start contributing.

Sure. There are some items that contain a TODO, namely:

A. On the Settings page:

• x preset blacklisted hostnames from (number of distinct entries in parentheses):
• Remember the last x HTTP requests per page.

B. On the Statistics page:

• The items below HTTP Switchboard – Statistics
• Generic Stats including the items below
• The item below Geeky Stats: For [All, ...]
• The items below Overview
• The text below Detailed: You can change the maximum number of most recent HTTP requests to log (currently set at 500 per page) on the Settings page.
• Some items below Refresh: Show ... (with the exception of Blocked and Allowed)
