[Frontend] React + Next.js Implementation– Complete with Testing and GitHub Actions

Hello everyone! 👋🏻
I’ve just published a React-based implementation of realworld app (Conduit)! 🚀
This project was built using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, with React Query for data management. It includes comprehensive testing with Jest and Cypress, as well as a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t add this project in the Add Implementation category, so I’ve shared it here, in the General category instead.
