Work in progress here.

[why?] Local organizers are very kind to promote a workshop about SciComm in their local communities. We thank them very much, and it would be very nice to help them with this task.

[how?] We can try to guide local organizers by antecipating potential problems, suggesting solutions and thinking about the best algorithm to put up a great event.

[what?] We'll make a simple doc with clear instructions.
