Both BEYLA_NETWORK_CACHE_ACTIVE_TIMEOUT and BEYLA_BPF_BATCH_TIMEOUT mean the same, but the first applies to the network metrics pipeline and the later applies to the application metrics pipeline.

The user experience would improve if we unify it into a common property for all the pipelines.
