The current minio chart version referenced is out of date, and installs a very old version of minio. Fixes grafana#12254

The minio Chart version used by the Loki Chart is a little bit outdated (almost 2 years), and it also doesn't contain the latest minio versions and chart features, like adding tolerations to the
postJobhook, which was preventing my Loki installation from working.Describe the solution you'd like
