Fix redundant logging warning

At the beginning of execution, there is a stack printed from controller-runtime starting with:
[controller-runtime] log.SetLogger(...) was never called; logs will not be displayed.

The attempt to fix it has been done here but didn't produce an expected result: the warning with the stack is still being printed.

Figure out a proper fix.
