Add wait condition for logs

As a user, I want to be able to wait until certain line appears within the logs and / or to check if logs contain certain phrases.

Potential workflows:

1. a blocking wait, similar to existing wait conditions

  kind: "Job", // "Pod"
  name: "some-job",
  namespace: "some-ns",
  log: "the line I expect to see"
})

2. a check for logs generated correctly

logsVerified = env.check({
  kind: "Job", // "Pod"
  name: "some-job",
  namespace: "some-ns",
  logs: ["the line I expect to see", "another line I expect to see"]
})
