Platform: Arch Linux, x86

When building and installing from source, it is a prerequisite to build faust static and dynamic libraries. In order to do that, Build/README.md instructs to build "faust" main repo with "make all", but I've tried it and it didn't build any libfaust file. After reading a bit of CMakeFiles, it looks like "make full" is the correct command to use (and it actually worked).
So, if I got it right and you agree, please change Build/README.md accordingly :)
