It is true, 2,912 users did exchange $9,067. We just haven't been able to pay out to people via PayPal. The money will stay in their Gratipay account as balance until it can be paid out.

Spoke with the same rep. No movement since yesterday. It's marked critical and "pending fix" which I guess means they still haven't identified the root cause, therefore no ETA on a fix. I told him I'd call again on Monday.
