can't get the container to work

I've been trying to get this container to work properly for the past 3 hours. I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I've already managed to get it up and running and was able to login - but I still can't get past the default config.

The container doesn't seem to be using any of the config files I'm mounting into it.

I already have a mount point that points to /app/docker-config.yml but the container just ignores it. I also can't bash into the container to see where the config file is supposed to go
