Revamp How Porytiles Works wiki page

Redo the wiki page so it's easier to follow. E.g. instead of opaque C++ code snippets, create cool algorithmic flow charts with a tool like mermaid.js. Since we're working on a Go version of Porytiles, this page should be language agnostic and cover the basic concepts as opposed to the implementation details.
