log charging location or Service name?

Idea:
save the name of charge station or location (if allowed by user?)

method:
a) user entry (a growing list of user entries?)
b) user selection (from a huge list of alternatives, sorted by distance to current location or city???)
c) suggested by app using location, but location is not saved, only the charge station company/brand name?
