Describe the bug

Visible code in ui and faulty client after apt upgrade while the client is running.

To Reproduce

  1. Install balloon v1.2.0-alpha5
  2. Update balloon via apt to v1.2.0-alpha6
  3. Open tray

Screenshot from 2019-11-29 09-31-44

  • Open => tray => About results in code only
  • Also it says "Link accout" in the context menu eventough there is a linked account

Everything is fine after restarting the client.

Expected behavior

This should be tested again with the electron 7 update.
If this is still a problem, the client must be restarted during postinstall.

Environment

  • desktop client version: v1.2.0-alpha5
  • client os: Linux Mint 19.2

v1.3.x leads to segfaults: Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped).
Pretty sure this is the case for 1.2.x as well.
But I do not see such ui errors anymore. But during most tests balloon crashes at some point after the upgrade.
