Client forgets server settings

Describe the bug

After setting up the client, syncing seemed to be working for a while. But overnight (potentially after a reboot of the Mac), the Balloon tray symbol turned red because the client had forgotten the server settings.

To Reproduce

1. Set up Balloon.
2. Wait or reboot your system.

Expected behavior

The client should remember server settings.

Environment

• desktop client version: v1.2.2
• balloon server version: ??
• client os: macOS 10.15.6
• client cpu architecture: Intel Core i5
• filesystem: APFS
