Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Quota is calculated based on the owner. And the owner gets automatically set from the authenticated request user.

The problem is that apps can not auto create files within a share which should belong to another user. The quota gets appended to the app account instead another user.

Describe the solution you'd like

Possibility to manually set owner.
